Lifecoaching is a forward looking mechanism.

Although it is true that the present and future can be influenced by past experiences, attitudes and beliefs, the aim of the lifecoach is not to provide therapy. Through various proven techniques and exercises, the lifecoach is able to guide the client to discover inner strengths and unnoticed resources. 

These strengths and resources are then harnessed to set and achieve new goals, making the best of the opportunities that change might present.

This session is free and will typically last 15 -30 mins. It gives you, the client, the opportunity to ask questions regarding the process and enable you to decide whether you wish to proceed with further lifecoaching sessions.

Individual sessions are typically about 60 mins long and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Individual sessions can be done telephonically (South Africa only), or via Zoom or WhatsApp video call.

I also offer group sessions around building resilience to manage change. Group sessions can be done in person (at a venue supplied by the client) or via Zoom.
